Position Title
Office Manager
Key Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of administrative tasks including accounting support, general office management, and order processing Manage invoices, payments, and documentation Coordinate schedules and assist with export-related paperwork Provide HR support when needed
Requirements
Experience in administration or sales support roles Ability to read/write and communicate in English Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Flexible and proactive approach to diverse tasks
Additional Information
Working hours: 10:00–18:00 Salary: S$5,000–7,000 (depending on experience) Bonus and benefits provided Remote work: 1 day/week after probation
