Role Overview
Provide desk-side IT support for all issues requiring physical intervention, working closely with other IT teams and serving as the primary customer-facing contact for various IT functions.
What You Will Do
Provide technical support for on-site and remote users, troubleshoot issues, prepare and deliver IT equipment, manage IT assets and inventory, and perform logistics and vendor coordination.

- Completed formal education in Information Technology
- Experience in IT support
