Job Title OneSource Site Lead Location Merck (Rahway) - Customer Site, NJ Job Description The OneSource Site Leader oversees and manages the performance of the OneSource Laboratory Support Coordinator and Service Engineer team supporting a strategic customer account. The role partners closely with the OneSource Service Area Manager to ensure standardized, high‐quality service delivery and consistent customer responsiveness across the supported sites. In collaboration with customer stakeholders and internal leadership, the leader ensures laboratory support services—including service engineering, lab support coordination, and EHS services—are executed in compliance with regulatory, safety, and contractual requirements, while tracking, analyzing, and reporting critical KPIs to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
