Job Description
As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our e-commerce customers. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. You will also monitor product reviews and feedback and suggest improvements to our online platform.
This is a full‑time position with a salary of $1400 per month plus benefits.
