Contribute to Trojan’s engineering efforts as an onsite Engineering Specialist in London, Ontario. Focus on customer defect tracking and resolution through data-driven insights.
As the Engineering Specialist – CDT+R, you will report to the Director of Product Verification & Assurance. This role involves owning the lifecycle of technical issue resolution and collaborating with various teams to enhance product standards. By translating customer feedback into actionable insights, you will drive significant improvements in engineering and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and triage technical escalations from the field
• Coordinate issue resolution across Engineering and Quality teams
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
