Job Description

Drive seamless IT operations as an Onsite IT Support Specialist for our Toronto office. Provide end-to-end support including desktop setup, AV troubleshooting, and service desk management.

This role, reporting to the End User Services Manager, requires a minimum of 3 years experience in IT desktop support, particularly with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365. Responsibilities include managing service desk queues, onboarding end users, and ensuring compliance with support documentation. Collaborate with Infrastructure and Lab IT to resolve issues swiftly while maintaining secure configurations.
