Onsite New Homes Sales Adviser — High Earning Potential

Pwconstruct is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser for a premium residential development in Whitstable. This full-time role offers a basic salary of up to £30,000 PA, with an OTE of £45,000 to £50,000. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while selling high-specification homes directly to private buyers.

The ideal candidate will have over six months of relevant sales experience and provide a polished, professional approach in a structured sales environment, fostering strong relationships and maximizing sales.
