Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced OpenShift Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and support enterprise-grade OpenShift platforms across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. The SME will own cluster architecture, deployment strategy, advanced troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) while mentoring engineering teams and ensuring platform stability and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Act as SME for OpenShift platform across deployment, operations, and lifecycle management.
Design and deploy highly available OpenShift clusters (Bare Metal / VM / Cloud).
Lead IPI / UPI installations, upgrades, patching, and cluster migrations.
Architect and manage multi‑cluster OpenShift environments.
Own OpenShift Operators strategy (OLM, custom operators, upgrades, troubleshooting).
