Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and updating of all the latest status of shipment every morning & afternoon.
2. Request budget for ADR payment for MICP shipments.
3. Request payment to System & turn over folder to Ma'am Veron for POM Shipments.
4. Generate & Preparation of Gatepass.
5. Prepare Gate pass and other supporting documents
6. Request Budget for Customs Processing and other Expenses for POM & MICP.

Qualifications

• Open to applicants from any course or educational background
• Experience in logistics or operations is an advantage but not required
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills
