Operation Assistant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate asset printing and supervise on‑site installations for quality.
• Conduct site visits for condition checks and client proof of posting photos.
• Maintain a real‑time database of available and occupied ad spaces.
• Manage all the requirements to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Secure government permits and ensure all local regulations are followed.
• Rapidly resolve site damage, vandalism, or electrical failures.

Job Requirements

• College or vocational course graduate.
• 1 year experience in the field.
• Must be willing and able to travel frequently to various outdoor sites for inspections and installation oversight.
• Previous experience in outdoor advertising, signage, or field operations is highly preferred.
