• Manage and direct the plant operations consisting of Planning, Physical Distribution, Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering & Maintenance, and Environment, Health & Safety.
• Work closely with the sales and technical team to analyze the demand and develop manufacturing strategies.
• Determine and manage the organizational structure to facilitate lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in product consistency, cycle time, cost, inventory accuracy and working capital
• Active leadership in environment, health and safety's policy and practices
• Understand and ensure compliance with Customer Quality Systems
• Evaluate business demands against plant capacity and manage the capital improvement process
• Years of experience: 5 year(s)
• Minimum career level: Manager
• Minimum education level: Bachelors
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or its equivalent
