Job Description
- Support the CEO in overseeing the company’s end-to-end operational processes to ensure fulfilment targets and business objectives are consistently met.
- Lead and manage operations team including inbound shipments (imports) , customs clearance, freight forwarders, outbound logistics (including local delivery, distribution to customers, last-mile delivery) and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee inventory control (including order fulfilment, stock management and inventory forecast), warehouse layout, storage optimization, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade documentation, and company SOPs.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve cost efficiency and service levels.
- Manage and develop warehouse & logistics teams; set KPIs and performance standards.
