Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise shipyard operations focusing on
coolers, condensers, and heat exchangers Plan and coordinate manpower, resources, and work schedules for ongoing projects Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Liaise with clients, surveyors, and classification societies Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines Troubleshoot technical issues related to marine cooling systems Lead and mentor supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and quality control procedures Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Minimum
7-10 years of experience
in marine shipyard operations Strong knowledge of
heat exchangers, central coolers, oil coolers, and freshwater systems Experience in repair, servicing, and pressure testing of marine equipment Good leadership and project management skills Familiar with
