We are seeking a candidate to join our Leadership Development Program (LDP), which accelerates professional growth for future leaders and technical experts.
Responsibilities
The LDP offers early career professionals the chance to gain experiences that enhance their professional growth while learning about the core of our Integrated Supply Chain organization.
The associate will complete five six‐month rotations over three years, with the following structure:
Required rotations: Operations Engineering, Plan & Materials, Industrialization, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
Elective rotation: Strategic Sourcing or Logistics.
Capstone rotation: a 12‐month plant guidance role.
