Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking an Operational Excellence Leader.
This role will be responsible for leading, mentoring and managing Molex Operational Excellence journey including the effective implementation and management of operational excellence principles, systems, and tools.
The Operational Excellence Leader will lead the development of a culture of continuous improvement that relentlessly identifies and drives out waste.
They will engage, lead, and mentor team members in improvement projects that result in meeting or exceeding safety, quality, and cost (SQDC) expectations that drives superior performance and contributes to recognition that Phillips-Medisize is an employer of choice and a preferred partner to our customers.
