Job Overview
We are looking for experienced and helpful individuals to join our team of Operations Agents in Cancun.
You will communicate booking updates with excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities
Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.
Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.
Oversee operations during excursion days and support, gather and provide feedback on any incidents or accidents that may occur.
Manage and load all bookings into the system and maintain supplier relations and expectations.
Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
Manage amendments and communicate them to the service delivery team and suppliers, optimizing costs and load factor.
