Operations Analyst - Contractor/Freelance

About the team:We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join the Project Management and Operations (PMO) team at Web Summit. PMO is part of event operations and is central to creating world-class attendee experiences on a global scale. Designers, event coordinators, producers, stage managers and many others work hand-in-hand to produce every element, from stages and exhibitions to live operations and attendee experience for all of our events.

What you will achieve:

You will play a key role in driving process improvement projects and operational analytics.

You will lead change initiatives by developing advanced automations and analytics solutions that offer real-time visibility into key metrics.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high data integrity, refine workflows, and support overall operational budgeting.
