In this position you will:
- Conduct independent verification of freight invoices by communicating with our clients' customers.
- Review freight invoices, rate confirmations, bill of lading and other back up documentation for accuracy and any potential risk of fraud or non-payment. (risk management assessment)
- Review credit history and determine credit worthiness of potential customers.
- Manage aging status of the client’s portfolio and assisting with collections as needed.
- Assist with various data management and data entry projects.
- Provide customer service support over the phone/internet/in person.
Qualifications
To be considered you will need:
- Business related course graduate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration functions and customer service.
