The role supports members daily, ensuring their safety and delivering an excellent experience 7 days a week. Key activities include cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting members, and supporting teams across the club.

Responsibilities

• Ensure members feel safe and receive a high‑quality experience every day.
• Perform cleaning duties and maintain club cleanliness.
• Open and close club premises in accordance with procedures.
• Welcome and greet members warmly.
• Provide support to various department teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for customer service.
• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
