Job Summary
Responsible for delivering excellent service at all times for collection/delivery of rental cars and other operational tasks as assigned.

- Complete vehicle collection, delivery, and chauffeur-driving assignments promptly and with high quality to meet service standards
- Follow company policies and code of conduct consistently to maintain operational integrity
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Suggest improvements to operational procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, parking lots, and storage areas to ensure safety and readiness
