Position: Operations & Bookkeeping Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with client onboarding tasks and administrative setup
- Set up workflows in Double and create Google Drive folders for new clients
- Manage and organize multiple Google profiles and accounts
- Coordinate with clients and internal team during onboarding
- Assist with payroll splits and KPI calculations
- Help manage bank feeds and basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online
- Coordinate team access and system logins for clients
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager and an Account Manager
