About the Role:

The Operations & Business Development Manager plays a critical role in ensuring Butter Socials operates efficiently while supporting the agency's growth. This position oversees internal operations, hiring, payroll coordination, and client acquisition. You will work closely with the Founder to strengthen internal systems, scale the team, and help bring in new clients—bridging structure and growth in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
