ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary purpose of the Operations Coordinator role is to facilitate and support the operations within Qube Energy Dampier work zones.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate project scope to deliver safe and efficient operations as directed by Qube management
- Be a Subject Matter Expert on inventory management systems and processes
- Provide development and training opportunities to other Qube Energy staff regarding coordination and planning of work scopes
- Encourage team members to take ownership and control end to end process
- Receive and coordinate material requests and points of enquiry from stakeholders
- Establish documentation filing process and coordinate team to ensure compliance
- Analyse, report and correct material discrepancies
