Operations Coordinator

Job Description

1. Portfolio Management

• Sort and categorize samples according to defined sample categories
• Create, maintain, and regularly update basic data records in relevant systems
• Ensure visibility and accuracy of sales and distributor-related parameters in the tools

2. Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Development, etc.) to ensure timely sample delivery
• Prepare and consolidate information to support decision-making and escalation processes

3. Manual Order Handling

• Review and validate sample order content for accuracy and completeness
• Follow up on incomplete, blocked, or unclear orders
• Approve or reject sample orders and provide first-level order confirmation
• Update planned delivery dates in the defined systems
