Job Description
What You´ll Do
- Maintain and continuously improve Power BI dashboards that track critical KPIs across Production & Supply Chain
- Ensure data reliability by resolving data flow issues, aligning definitions across plants, and standardizing metric calculations
- Collaborate with local teams across three plants to support the rollout and execution of improvement initiatives
- Monitor the progress of projects, highlight deviations, and help ensure actions are implemented effectively
- Partner closely with production managers and supply chain teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare performance reports and insights for leadership to support strategic decision‑making
- Contribute to the development of a unified, scalable OE framework that supports growth and efficiency across all manufacturing sites
