This role supports the new hospitals facilities programme (NHFP) in Madrid - a £700m, multi-site healthcare programme delivering transformational health infrastructure across the island.

The programme comprises four sites, with the 47,500m² new acute hospital at Overdale forming the majority of delivery, alongside ambulatory facilities, a health village and a wellbeing centre. The Overdale scheme is currently at RIBA Stage 4, moving to RIBA Stage 5 in Q2 2026, with completion targeted for end of 2029.

Note: The role will be site based in Madrid three days per week, suitable for long-term weekly travel or relocation.
