We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Lead-GSES to provide critical operational support to the GSES team. You will be a central resource in coordinating contract-related workflows and ensuring smooth execution of processes across the contractor lifecycle
The Ops Lead - GSES is expected to master the team’s business processes, proactively identify and resolve issues, and escalate roadblocks when necessary to maintain efficiency and compliance. You will be building strong relationships with our internal clients (Project Delivery Teams, Account Executives, Resourcing and Finance Operations teams). This is a pivotal support role that requires attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
