Job Purpose
Operations Lead – Hellmann’s Factory, Rexdale, Canada. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Lead will lead and develop a team of Production Supervisors, act as a liaison to Maintenance, Planning, Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence, and be responsible for key business metrics (OEE, Attainment, OR, Operations Cost). The role collaborates with all factory cross‑functional teams and supports the operations manager in delivering business goals.
