About the Role
You will be responsible for the operational management, maintenance coordination and overall presentation of a South Brisbane asset portfolio. Reporting into the Portfolio Manager and working closely with external service providers, you will ensure each property is compliant, safe, professionally maintained and operating at a high standard for tenants and customers.
