Operations Manager

The Operations Manager works directly with subcontractors, helps with scheduling residential project installations, and reports directly to the Director of Residential Operations. The Operations Manager also services customers, coordinates subcontractor schedules, assists with ordering materials, and helps prepare materials for delivery to job sites. This role, along with the Operations Assistant, is one of the primary contacts for residential customers when they have questions or concerns while crews are on their property installing.
