About the Role:
The Operations Manager will drive operational excellence across all areas of the business in Colombia and Peru. This role is responsible for ensuring that the necessary resources and procedures are in place to support the company’s strategy and ensure smooth business operations in both markets.
You will coordinate multiple departments across both countries, ensuring they have the required personnel and development plans to operate effectively, providing guidance and coaching where needed.
