Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing divisions to ensure efficient service delivery, high-quality workmanship, and effective coordination between field technicians, office staff, and sales teams. This role ensures that projects and service calls are completed safely, professionally, on time, and within budget while maintaining company standards and customer satisfaction.
