Job Description
Manage day-to-day catering facility operations including food production, packing, dispatch, and delivery to airport clients.
Ensure compliance with aviation catering standards, food safety regulations, and HACCP requirements.
Coordinate with airline clients to ensure accurate meal production based on flight schedules and special requests.
Supervise kitchen, production, logistics, and quality control teams.
Monitor operational KPIs such as productivity, waste management, service accuracy, and on-time delivery.
