We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee FPSO operations offshore Canada. This is a leadership role managing production, safety, and crew performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day offshore production operations.
- Manage offshore teams across multiple disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Drive performance improvements and production efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ offshore oil & gas experience, with FPSO exposure.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Valid offshore certification.
- Fluent English; other spoken languages are an advantage.
