What You’ll be Doing

• Maintain the presentation and operational function of the centre to a high standard by managing day-to-day maintenance activities
• Participate in operational contract reviews and monthly meetings to achieve industry best practice in building management
• Develop, prepare and implement the Centre’s annual expenditure and capital budgets within the parameters of set guidelines
• Establish and implement sustainability initiatives
• Deliver Expenditure Budgets and Capital Projects
