Job Summary
The Operations Manager is the sole operational owner for Enterprise Operations Software Licensing, with primary accountability for key strategic partner royalty products.
The role manages end‐to‐end operational execution, compliance, systems administration, and cross‐functional coordination to support global software licensing and royalty obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Financial Risk Management
Download, analyze, and reconcile two weekly Hardware Compliance Reports (HWCR and MHR) to ensure HP remains compliant with licensing and reporting rules.
Identify and address compliance gaps, understanding that non‐compliance results in financial penalties.
Software Licensing Operations
Create and maintain component part numbers for royalty‐bearing software in MS4; support Software Marketing and Bill of Material (BOM) integration.
Load and maintain accurate royalty costs across MS4, iCost/CCS, and WWCOA systems.
