As the Operations Manager, reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Operations, you will oversee a dedicated team ensuring seamless operations and outstanding guest interactions. Your leadership will optimize experiences, resolve complaints, and refine processes while supporting staff development in this unique wellness village.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations as Manager on Duty
• Develop guest experience standards aligned with brand values
• Address and resolve guest complaints effectively
• Collaborate with Contact Centre and IT for issue resolution
• Conduct performance management for team development
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in hospitality or wellness
• Three years of leadership experience managing teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
