Operations Manager, Geopolitics and Government Relations

The GGR Business Operations Manager is a central orchestrator for Geopolitics and Government Relations team, responsible for ensuring clarity, alignment, and seamless execution across GGR operations, organizational processes, governance, engagements, and internal communications. This role co‑ordinates internal and external visits, briefings and de‑briefings, and co‑ordinates annual governmental engagements schedule following Nokia’s global standards. The individual also supports the Country Manager of Nokia Finland in executing the Country strategy.

This is a high‑impact role combining operational coordination, government relations, engagement management, communications, and excellence. The role is based in the Nokia Headquarters in Espoo and the person is a member of the Nokia GGR HQ team.
