A well‑established Transport and Logistics Operation is looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead the daily running of a busy, fast‑moving environment. This company provides a wide range of transport and warehousing services and is known for creating customised solutions that keep clients' supply chains moving smoothly.

• 15 years' experience in Operations & 8yrs in Supervisor or Management Role
• High-level operations when senior directors need someone they can trust
• Sharp analytical thinking and operational control
• Busy local + long‑haul operation, large fleet (60+ vehicles)
• A workshop that keeps uptime high and breakdowns low
• Daily stats, reporting, planning, and forecasting
• Deep knowledge of containerised cargo, port logistics, line‑haul operations (non‑negotiable) – Routing and Scheduling
