You’ll be responsible in generating, processing, and maintaining operations and technical related documents. Manages the daily activities of the Documentation Department, primary of which is the collation and submission of PODs to Finance for customer billing. The position is also responsible in analyzing container imbalance and generation of empty repositioning plan. Validation of billings from suppliers is also part of the duties of this position.
