OPERATIONS MANAGER – CANADA – MINING EXPLOSIVES
Based in Ontario/Canada
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, ensuring that all processes related to the storage and supply of explosives are executed efficiently and safely. The role involves planning, resource management and the coordination of operational logistics to meet customer demands while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Key Tasks
- Working with the company’s emulsion products and services
- Lead and coordinate all new projects, including pre-implementation work as well as post-implementation reviews
- Adhering to & being proactive in site safety promotion
- Analyzing blast measurements and assessing performance against a baseline
