The Company
We are recruiting for a global distribution organisation operating within regulated markets. They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and transform its ANZ logistics and supply chain operations. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with a clear mandate to deliver a major national 3PL transition, followed by longer-term optimisation across the end-to-end supply chain.
Reporting into the Operations & Finance Director, this role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, service continuity and sustainable growth during a period of significant change.
The Role
