Operations Manager (People and Compliance)
to own
execution
across People Operations, Contracts Administration, and Compliance. This role does
not
make hiring, firing, pricing, or legal decisions. Leadership decides.
Operations executes.
You will ensure that contracts are clean, onboarding is consistent, compliance is tight, and nothing slips through the cracks.
Core Ownership (Two Primary Domains)
1) People Operations (Internal Employees + Contractors)
You own
process execution:
Onboarding
- Coordinate offer packets and documentation
- Set up employees and contractors in Paychex
- Administer benefits eligibility (no benefits for contractors)...
