Operations Manager, Share plans/Settlements

Overview The Operations Manager – Share Plans/Settlements is responsible for overseeing the end to end execution, governance, and delivery of employee share plan operations and securities settlement processes. The role ensures operational excellence, robust risk management, regulatory adherence, and a strong client experience, while guiding a high performing team and driving strategic improvements across processes and systems. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus This role will include the functions like Share plans, Settlements , Registrations, Settlements and Reconciliations. The incumbent needs to understand the laws of the region supported and ensured teams perform day to day work in accordance to procedure set for an activity.
