Job description: Own daily end-to-end operations: inventory, fulfillment, people, and SOP compliance for high-volume 18K gold e-commerce. Key Duties: Manage warehouse + inventory accuracy (receiving, storage, reconciliation) Run order fulfillment (pick/pack/ship), hit daily SLA, reduce RTS/packing errors Enforce packing controls Handle returns/claims verification and restocking/write-offs with Finance/CS Lead ops team: scheduling, coaching, discipline, attendance tracking Improve processes, report KPIs weekly Requirements Qualifications (Must-Have) 35+ yrs in e-commerce/warehouse/logistics ops Strong people management + process discipline Good in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, data cleaning) Comfortable using Shopify/inventory tools and working with high-value inventory Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits Employee discount Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Pay raise
