We’re looking for a driven, forward‑thinking Operations Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods at our Thrapston facility. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Group Audit standards.
- Control operational costs in line with budget and forecasts.
- Review weekly operational reports, investigate variances, and drive corrective actions.
- Plan resource levels to meet seasonal and volume fluctuations.
