Within the Ferrero Ice Cream Business, Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), one of the largest ice cream manufacturers in Europe acquired by Ferrero in 2019, is currently looking for an Operations Performance Manager who will:

• Lead the deployment, monitoring, and consolidation of TPM/WCM methodologies at the plant, ensuring continuous improvement of industrial performance through the structured application of tools, the development of internal capabilities, and the tracking of progress.
• The role will be responsible for driving improvements in the plant’s operational performance and fostering a Manufacturing Excellence culture aligned with Group standards.
