We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Processor Specialist to join a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing deadlines, and ensuring accuracy in client and investment-related processing. Candidates with prior experience in processing applications or client information or those looking to grow within the investment industry are encouraged to apply!
Schedule: onsite Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. Additional flexibility may be available with tenure and as the individual becomes fully trained and integrated into the role.
In this role, you will support new business operations by processing investment applications, collecting and verifying funding data, and tracking trade activity while maintaining strict compliance standards.
