Job Description
The Operations Representative represents Flexjet in a positive and professional manner while serving as a member of our Dedicated Terminal team. This role is primarily responsible for providing aviation ground support services to crew members by performing all facets of the ground handling operation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide world class service during every interaction with our crew members and clientele to maintain long term relationships.
- Liaise with airport personnel to ensure all aircraft are clean, fueled, and hangered as appropriate.
- Partner with ground transportation companies to ensure transportation has been confirmed for clients.
- Provide appropriate continuous assistance as necessary to ensure good customer relations with crew members and clientele.
