Operations Role
Core focus: user retention, activation, conversion and efficiency improvement. It centers on retaining and engaging users acquired via promotion to sustain product/business operations, and is oriented towards back-end user lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities: Conduct user maintenance, content operations, event planning and execution, data review and analysis, and collaborate on product function optimization; track KPIs including retention rate, user activity, repurchase rate and transaction volume.
Common specializations: User Operations, Content Operations, E-commerce Operations, Community Operations, Product Operations, etc.
